Do not email me any appointment changes. I often cannot answer calls. Texting is my preferred form of communication. This cancellation policy will be enforced. I understand unforeseen circumstances arise. Cancelling appointments less than 48 hour notice will be charged 50% of the entire booked service (unless rescheduled same week, only if there is availability). Cancelling appointments less than 24 hours notice is a 100% fee of entire service (unless we arrange a different time on the same day, if there is availability. Glitz & Glam Brows and Lashes reserves the right to charge 50% of the full service appointment for less than 48 hour cancellations and 100% of the full service for less than 24 hour schedule changes including NO CALL NO SHOWS or SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS. No shows forfeit any deposit. Also changing your appointment same day or rescheduling same day is the same as SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS. Please be respectful of my time and my business.
